"No receptionist and property was at 2nd floor. We found out that we need to whatsapp to a number to get access into the property and that message was pasted at level 1 just beside the door to the stairs. We didn't see it at first and went up the stairs and kept pressing the door bell for about 5 mins. We called the whatsapp number but the call was hang up. Instead, they replied to the messages only.
