"Hotel is in a lovely area and looks beautiful inside and out. The staff I met were nice, however was disappointed after having a long day to arrive and told they were not serving any food (was around 7pm). Our room was nice and mostly clean (empty bottles were left on the floor when we arrived) and the TV would only work on BBC1 and ITV and we couldn't use the remote as this didnt work either 🙈"

"First time here, fantastic gem in a very quaint spot. We really loved our room, felt like we were back in time, was so unique - for anyone cruising out of Southampton cruise terminal would highly recommend a night here!!!! We loved it."
