"I had reserved 2 rooms at this inn, which turned out to be a very run-down motel that had several people living there permanently. The photos that I saw on the hotels.com website were fine. It had a rating of 8, with only one review. The reality of the two rooms we stayed in was nowhere near the photos. We had family staying with us from our of the country, and I was notified that we had rooms in such terrible condition. Our room had dirty floors, a broken lamp, burned-out lightbulbs, chairs...

"Roaches everywhere. Genuinely shocked by the amount of roaches. 1 roach is 1 too many but seeing families of mixed colored roaches running g around outside and inside property. Running towards my feet and bag WHILE CHECKING IN.. And the man at front desk checking me asking me “what’s the big deal??”
Also I ordered a smoking room. Why advertise smoking rooms if none available.
Don’t go here. They’re cheaper options nearby that are cleaner."

"Key card didn’t work first time, second time it let me into a very hot room where the air conditioner would not turn on, third time I got a room with working a/c. Didn’t feel it should have taken that long to get a room"

"The room was very clean, but didn't really have a view. The location was perfect for walking to Pier 39, China Town, etc. This more than made up for the lack of a 24 hour coffee/tea/water bar that we have been accustomed to in all of our travel from Peru to Egypt."
"The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. The hotel was in a great location. We had breakfast at the restaurant which had a lovely atmosphere, great staff and delicious food."
"The hotel is right on the bay, so it's has a nice ocean-front feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is important to know that the shuttle goes to the Oakland Airport. (Not their fault, but I misread that and had to make some adjustments to get to and from SFO.)"
"The hotel staff are pleasant, considerate and helpful. The sauna, hot tub, pool and fitness center are delightful; the rooms super comfortable, and housekeeping keeps it all extremely well. Dinner was delicious and the setting wonderful. Would love to revisit!"
"We have stayed here before and had a great experience. This time our first room had a smoke smell to it so I went back to the front desk and they immediately switched our room, no questions asked. I was very appreciative since we didn’t want our clothes to smell as we went out. The rooms are great! Clean, good amenities, and beautiful views! The location is walkable and close to a great little bakery. Parking is one of the cheaper in SF and is very secure, you have to key in and out of the gate."
"Honestly I would highly recommend this hotel.
There were a few annoying factors.
Since I used the app there is a self check-in, which did not work for me or the traveler next to me.
We had had a long ride to the hotel and just wanted to check in quietly and it became very annoying. Once the employee helped me check in all was good.
Loved the pool area and walk to various attractions."
"Amazing Hotel really close to the embarcadero. This hotel is located in the financial district between the places to visit. Staff was great like always and there's lots of parking nearby. Room was clean and air conditioning was amazing."
