"I had reserved 2 rooms at this inn, which turned out to be a very run-down motel that had several people living there permanently. The photos that I saw on the hotels.com website were fine. It had a rating of 8, with only one review. The reality of the two rooms we stayed in was nowhere near the photos. We had family staying with us from our of the country, and I was notified that we had rooms in such terrible condition. Our room had dirty floors, a broken lamp, burned-out lightbulbs, chairs...

"Roaches everywhere. Genuinely shocked by the amount of roaches. 1 roach is 1 too many but seeing families of mixed colored roaches running g around outside and inside property. Running towards my feet and bag WHILE CHECKING IN.. And the man at front desk checking me asking me “what’s the big deal??” Also I ordered a smoking room. Why advertise smoking rooms if none available. Don’t go here. They’re cheaper options nearby that are cleaner."

"Key card didn’t work first time, second time it let me into a very hot room where the air conditioner would not turn on, third time I got a room with working a/c. Didn’t feel it should have taken that long to get a room"
