"I come to NYC often, but when I bring my daughter, this is the hotel I like to stay at most. The staff by far are the best part about this hotel. I feel safe here with my daughter, it’s almost like an at home type of feel, like at grandmas house or something. I’m not sure how to explain it. "Enjoyed everything about this hotel. A friend & I were in NYC to see an opera & shared a room together. There was plenty of space for us to move around without being in each other’s way. The closet was too small for both of us to hang our clothes, that can easily be remedied. The staff was wonderful, bartenders were so nice & friendly & the hotel allowed me to take home two pillow cases with guitars on them, I was happy about that. Overall great experience. "

"The property is situated in an excellent location right at the heart of The Times Square. However, very disappointed to find out for a brand like this to not have the very basic facilities in the rooms. There is no tea and coffee options inside the room, the cleaners had no regard for the lint all around due to the blanket (fleeced) one, only to hear this is normal and common - seriously. "Friendly staff at the front desk… check in and check out went very smooth and seamless. Barbara at thr front desk was very warm and kind. Made me feel at home. Rooms were nice and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Water pressure was great! Will definitely be back!"
