We loved staying here. If you didn’t want to leave the complex for excursions etc, there was no need. Everything you needed was within the complex itself. Staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. We really enjoyed the variety of entertainment in the evenings and the restaurants on site were lovely, great food and atmosphere all round.

Avoid this hotel
One of the worst nightmares. Since the check in till check out it was the worst hotel i had ever stayed in. I really regret the money i spent in this hotel. Reception didn’t know if there are rooms to upgrade as a golden member perks of hotel location of my room was terrible i had to listen to the cars since it was facing car parking. Air conditioning was hot. Toilet was dirty i had to clean it myself. Food and drinks was terrible i had to stick with salads for two days and there is always rush in collecting the food. One of the really bothering thing that you have to accept the moving around staff removing the dishes while you are trying to pour food for yourself so if you want to be lucky and get food you have to be fast or as i did on the second day I poured all courses first then sat to eat. The hotel was not full occupied: many empty rooms and bungalow's so i was wondering what the case would be if it was summer. One good thing about it was the location and few friendly staff such as the pool staff. In general avoid it ! i was fooled when i saw vip access on hotels i chose to book but it has nothing to do with the other vip access hotels that i booked in before through hotels so don’t expect any special thing or perks in fact it was a waist of money

As Labranda Mares Marmaris our special perk commitment is the following : VIP guests are promised the following amenities20% off food and beverage (once per stay).As we can see from your accomodation details you have not used any extra food or beverage service in our hotel and thats why this perk could not be applied. We do not have free room upgrade or late check among our special perks commitment to our Expedia VIP guests. The AC is fixed at a certain room temperature in order to protect the health and comfort of our guests. We are sorry that you also had certain problems with your bathroom cleanliness. We cannot see in our records that you contacted our reception or guest relations ,we would send our HK staff to re-clean your bathroom if you had informed us. Again we are sorry that you were not happy with your room also, we would change your room if you had contacted our reception or guest relations.Our main restaurant by the name of ‘’Yunus’’ operates as an open buffet restaurant which follows a 14 days rotation on served food and tries to cater for a wide audience with international dishes. We serve White , Red Meat and also Fish always in our main buffet. Our guests can choose from 20 different kind of hot dishes , 10 different kind of appetizers , 30 different kind of salads , 20 different kind of cold dishes and 30 different kind of desserts every day. For guests that want to try different a different kitchen can choose from our 4 different A’la Cart Restaurants (Italian, Far East , Turkish and Fish) ( Upon availability ). These restaurants are free of charge except the Fish restaurant is extra and costs 10 pp. We will definitely take note of your comments and will see what can be done to improve the hotel service. Problems started as soon as we arrived at the hotel! They didn’t put us in the room we booked months in advance and instead they put us in a building that wasn’t even part of the hotel, means every time we had to walk out of the building and get to the main hotel for breakfast, lunch etc. Speaking of lunch and dinner, either I don’t all inclusive means or they don’t! They only one main (buffet) restaurant that only serves breakfast for 3 hours, lunch for 3 hours and dinner for 3 hours! If you’re hungry outside of those hours you have to pay for snack!!!!! They also have a Italian restaurant (lol) that’s only working 2 days a week! To make reservations you have to contact them on Tuesdays 11am-1pm! Their alcohol is below bottom shelves quality and even that stops at 12am! Their massage center also scammed us which is another story but to make the long story short, we lost $200 to those people! I could go on for another 10 page about them, but to be fair this hotel has an amazing guest relation staff name (Julia) and a beautiful beach front.

I RECOMMEND Stayed in the hotel rooms for 3 nighta as a couple. Overall we had a great time. Amazing place and service. Alot of fun! Very suitable for families also. Not crowded and very comfortable. Pros: + room is HUGE. + very clean and room well maintained. + friendly staff always greeting with a smile and trying to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. + food options are great. Amazing desserts i loved the cake variety. + you will never feel hungry at this place. In fact, try not to eat much haha... + beach is WONDERFUL. the beach is stoney but gradual and SUPER CLEAN! The beach was very fun. Note: there are tiny fish that could bite at the sea water. Bot harmful but a little disturbing. + slides are fun and suitable for children and adults. + pool is clean and nice. Sometimes it would get crowded but there was still space to get in and chill. After all you won't be racing anyone in the pool. + towels for the pool and beach are provided and they can be changed ones a day. + laundry and ironing services available. + Spa was also fun. The steam bath was sadly not functioning when we visited, but the hamam and sauna were available and free of charge. Gym is also available but who trains on holiday like srsly...? + Pingpong and darts available to play. + on check-out day you can place your bags in the luggage room and stay in the resort for the day and enjoy the facilities... Restaurant, pool, beach, etc. + i never faced problem finding a sunbed. + Guest Relations

The hotel is very nice and staff was amazing. The beach is beautiful. The food was very bad, and the room smelt like sewer, dirty septic tank. Was disgusting. The room would have been nice otherwise. Also had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to the room. Will not stay here again

A fabulous hotel with excellent, friendly staff in all areas. I particularly loved the waterfront with a few jettys and the swim out pontoon. We had good fun jumping in from the far one nearer the Dolphin Park which was quieter. This was also stocked with bins of cold drinks as it was futher away from the beach bar. The show area was very well thought out and I particularly liked that this was where everyone congregated in the evening time. Plenty of show variations too to suit all tastes. My family of 4 with 2 teens stayed in the family villas which were newly decorated and perfect for our needs. Thanks to all the hardworking and friendly staff who really made our holiday even better.

This place is not All inclusive at all. They charge you extra if you wanna get ice cream, orange juice, and alcohol. Also, if you wanna order foods to your room they will charge you an insane amount just for ordering food to your room. My experience was absolutely awful. I booked this place because Expedia was recommending it as an all inclusive hotel and I ended up paying so much extra just for foods and drinks. Also, the room service was very bad

It is true that all of our services that you mentioned in the comment are extra charged, because our hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis, not ultra-all-inclusive. You can find all kinds of food and beverages free of charge in the main restaurant for 4 meals, as well as 2 snack bars, 3 a la carte restaurants and beach bar, pool bar, lobby bar, snack bar and restaurant. It was a nice stay. Food good, service great, rooms a little tired and need updating but the sea view made it worthwhile. However the hotel pool gets very crowded as there is only 1 main one & for the amount of guests it’s not enough. Plus there is nowhere enough shade for all. Not enough umbrellas anywhere. So that was the only disappointment.

I really liked the cleanliness and location of the property. The food quality was also very good. What I did not like was that despite their "all inclusive" concept, they were still selling some food items such as desserts. Besides, the servers at the restaurant need to change their shirts at least twice a day; otherwise, guests are experiencing a heavy odor.

Rooms need major renovation. Quite dirty. They gave us out of nowhere a room specializes for disabled. They were adamant about not fixing it. Ac didnt work. They changed the room next day. But the damage was done. The new room was right out of 60s

Could have been better
It was the end of season and everything was closing down. We didnt get to enjoy any entertainment, the alternative restaurants were closed and everyone had an air of disinterest about them. That said, the food was excellent and the service too. The bungalow second bedroom was tiny and much too small for twin beds.

Very good hotel in a very nice place.
We stayed here in October with my husband and our two children. The weather was just amazing for this time. Our bungalow was on the first line we enjoyed the view of the sea through pine trees from our terrace. Bungalow was spacious and clean. Cleaning was done every day. The cons was absence of "not disturb" tag. Also there was no any place to put shampoo or soap in the shower. It's insignificant drawbacks of course. The hotel a bit far from Marmaris. You can take a "dolmush" to get to the center. The bus stop is near the hotel. We'd return to this hotel.

Was pleased with hotel and facilities, only downfall for me was that i struggled with the food as it wasnt to my liking, food way to bland and most things included cheese (but it's a continental based menu so i should of had a incling)

I would not call this hotel a 5 star.
We got to the hotel and the bungalow was actually awful. We went to the reception and asked for a more private bungalow since the wall for our bungalow was a window/door and our balcony was connected to another bungalow’s entrance. They didn’t have any more bungalows so We had to change our room the next day to a standard room at an extra charge. A couple was changing with us too that day because they said that their bungalow was also “horrible”. The pool was very small for a “big” hotel. The variety of the food was actually so awful. They had two 6 hot sections and both sections were the same. Their fish was not fresh and the food put out was obvious it was taken either from lunch or the day before. They also started taking away the food 20/15 minutes before the actual finishing time. The only thing edible and fresh was the pizza. The lemons were obviously not fresh - as there was flies on it every day and this seemed normal to the staff. There was no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby. It never connected in the restaurant either. They don’t have rooms with a good view. The gym looks nothing like the picture. It didn’t have many equipments or range of weights. I think the only thing that we enjoyed was a couple of nice staff members as they were very nice. We come to marmaris a lot and have gone to a few hotels that are good for their prices. But this hotel was actually awful.

Great view, small rooms but still decent, food was good in the buffet, would’ve liked to be able to eat at the other special restaurants but you need to reserve like 8 days before because of how much they are packed. Overall great experience
