"The hotel was clean and walking distance from a lot of good restaurants and little shops. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, the only issue is that their internal communication didn’t seem to be great: we waited about two hours for our luggage - it didn’t seem like the valet folks were tracking that we were in our room - and we had to ask three or four times for a crib for my baby - at the end we got two (!!) cribs. So not super smooth internal processes… but they were truly nice and you could tell they meant to help!"

"The bathroom toilet was filthy. The curtain rod was loose and slanted it wouldn't let you close the curtain. Other than that everything else was good."

"100 percent recommend. Budget friendly and right next to the Alamo, Ripleys the mall etc! Coffee shop indoors and the Crockett tavern that closes at midnight. The walk to the river walk is very nice as there is security all around the Alamo which is right next door ! I recommend using the valet. It’s worth the price as the river center mall is 50 bucks a day to park but with the Crockett valet you can take out your car any time. Didn’t try out the pool but it is a very cute addition. The rooms are what you’d expect for the price you pay for but it gets the job done and the rooms were clean! Can’t beat the accessibility!"

"Absolutely the best place to stay. Walking distance to the Alamo and Riverwalk. Excellent food at the Indian restaurant on the hotel property. Staff was very helpful and friendly . Room was very comfortable."
