In the bathroom there was a doorstop with very sharp edges in the middle of the room - sliced off a piecd of toe on the very first day. The dishes all needed a good clean too. Great location though if you want to be in the CBD"

"The room was clean and a very good size for a family trip. It's excellently located for the free tram service and there are great cafes on the small side street next to the building. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind which was a big plus when travelling with a child. Would definitely stay there again when I am in Melbourne."
