"Our experience at the Hard Rock hotel Bali was very positive, enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of extras we didn't expect. It was very busy at the main pool and slides and almost impossible to book a cabana. However, at the gym wasn't busy and the spa, sauna and steam room were empty pretty much all the time. The staff were fantastic."

Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."
