Made my reservation for over 2 months and paid it full in advance. And when we arrived they cancelled our reservation without notification cause they changed from Zen to Oyo. Needless to say after an 17 hrs flight and to get to the hotel before midnight and to fund it out I was not very happy....

Bed is comfortable’ best place to relax from exhaustin’ day. Staffs are polite and helpful. Limited parkin but staffs are very helpful findin way to park your car. Good service!

Nice stay, in poor location
The room was larger and brighter than expected. The overnight guy at the reception desk was very helpful, as well as the man outside the entrance. I didn’t like that guests have to pay extra for the towels. Restaurant offered good food! The cab drivers had a hard time looking for the hotel, of course the traffic couldn’t be helped. If we transplant the hotel to a better location, I may consider going back to stay again.

Friendly, clean and comfortable
Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, great air conditioning. The location is out of the way if one is interested in Makati museums and Intramuros, but the staff suggested some jeepney options that made it easier to get around to see Manila. The restaurant has good, fresh food at competitive prices. There is a Mercury Drug and a Shopwise supermarket in the neighborhood that accept Visa cards. The hotel is at 14°34'01.9"N 121°00'21.8"E (14.567186 N, 121.006056 E).

It's amazing to find a place to stay that is very affordable and strategically located and with amenities that are at par with starred hotels in the Makati Business District. Very helpful and convenient when you need an immediate place to stay.

we accidently broke two cheap no name water glasses in our room after staying 2 months. We were charged $5 for each glass. Seconndly, the hotel attracts from party people and the guards will not stop other guests from ruining your stay. Dont stay there.

I appreciate that theu had upgraded us to a suite. The room was nice and clean. The service was just slow. We ordered a sandwich and a drink and it took them more than 30minutes to have it delivered and we have to pay an additional php50 for delivering the food, why? In the morning, I requested for a menu for breakfast and the receptionist said she will send a copy of the menu but it has been more than an hour that I just decided to go to the restaurant instead. The sandwich was good though but service nweds to be improved.

Very small room, but for the price it was a bargain. They have a restaurant on site also in case you get hungry.

This was my second time in this hotel. I don't have anything bad to say about them. Room was clean, personnel is friendly. On the other side there is nothing near this hotel or I just didn't find anything.
