I booked this stay for my mom, and unfortunately, her check-in experience was frustrating. When she arrived, the front desk told her there was no room available and asked if she had been in contact with the host — which she hadn’t, since I had made the booking. She had to call me, and only after some time did the staff realize they had missed an email from the host with all the check-in details, sent a month prior.
That said, once she got into the room, everything went smoothly. The room was clean, had a lovely view, and the location was very convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and with easy access to public transportation. It ended up being a pleasant stay overall, but the check-in process definitely could’ve been handled better.

Front desk has no relationship with hotel residents. Upon my arrival at front desk, I was told that they had no information about me and it was non of their business. I was asked to call the owner of the building to get an access to my room. After 21 hours of flight and beign totally drained, I was left in shock. I had no idea whom the owner was or his or her phone number, neither did the front desk provide me with anything. I was told to go to my mailbox and get my key, well the mailbox was locked and the front desk had no keys, wow!!!.Then, Insettled down to spend the rest of the night.in the lobby. Front desk told me to.call EXPEDIA and wait for instructions. I tried calling expedia from the Philippines, that was a joke. Having been totally stranded, the front desk, had a change of heart. Someone was contacted and a text was sent to me on WhatsApp, that had my room information. I was roomed at 30j with no phone, no brochure about the place, Rest room bulb was gone, except for one dimlight, which was useless because you.cannot see yourself in the mirror. There were no food services or restaurants. One is asked to trek or drive to the mall.for food. I did a doordash equivalent called Grab. Twice daily. Room cleaning was the only thing that was up to par. Cleaning was every other day. That was fine and I did show my appreciation. Television was limited to old taped events, that is watched repeatedly, as there's no other way or options. My rating is ZERO. Cleaning TEN.

Great stay
Supernice staff that met us when we came, took us to the apartment. They were flexible and everything was clean and nice. The venezian mall was nice but one day was enough, but the apartment is close to Makati and the Fort and those areas were nice to explore. Super central apartment, good for 3 people.

Its attached to the venice mall by a walkway from the carpark,very efficient customer service and the rooms is clean and new with full facilities.
*downside some pestcontrol must be done as plenty of baby cockroaches.

My wife stayed here with her aunt. They said that the place is very nice with easy access to the grand canal. But other than that, most things to do are a little far away. But if you have a family or couple and you are staying in Manila for a few days. This is a good place

I can only give 5 stars to Max Stays. From checking in to checking out, everything just went smoothly. I love the fact that it's so convenient that it's connected to the Venice Grand Canal Mall for shopping, eating and just enjoying the beautifully made Venice Canals. The Hotel stay itself was very comfortable and everything was working perfectly. Even though the elevators takes a long time, the comfort of my stay has overshadowed that. I wasn't really expecting much knowing it's a condo operated like a hotel, however, it exceeded my expectation with it's cleanliness and hotel like service. House keeping did a wonderful job in making our stay so homey. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and it has the bonus of a laundry washer as well. The bathroom was full size and we had toiletries replaced and clean towels daily. Josephine and Cyde did an excellent job with their House Keeping duties during our stay. Checking in and checking out was a breeze as well. I'll definitely be back during my next visit since this was definitely a great experience for me. One tip for travelers, the landmark for MaxStays, Max Style is Alessandro Bldg. That's where you get off when you check in. Hope other travelers enjoy it as much as I did.
