"My stay at City Garden Suites was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences I have ever had. While the hotel’s comfortable accommodations, cleanliness, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable, what truly distinguishes City Garden Suites is its people. Every member of the staff demonstrated genuine warmth, professionalism, and a sincere commitment to making every guest feel welcome. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I felt valued, respected, and cared for. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the Food and Beverages Department for providing an exceptional breakfast experience every morning. The staff consistently welcomed guests with warm smiles, cheerful greetings, and outstanding hospitality. Their attentiveness, efficiency, and positive attitude created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere that made breakfast one of the highlights of my stay. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Kevin Garcia for his exemplary customer service. Kevin’s friendly personality, genuine kindness, and professional demeanor left a lasting impression on me. City of Dreams - Nobu Hotel Manila

"My husband and I stayed at Nobu City of Dreams for 3 days, and overall, we had a truly fantastic experience. The highlight was definitely the suite upgrade we received (with extra fees of course)—the room was absolutely gorgeous. Stylish, spacious, and beautifully designed, it made our stay feel extra special. The amenities were excellent, and the little perks made a huge difference: unlimited complimentary water (they happily brought us extra bottles whenever we asked) and a fully stocked minibar that was completely free and replenished daily. It’s so rare to find that kind of generosity in a luxury hotel, and we really appreciated it. The service was equally impressive. Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The only drawback was the food situation. You aren't allowed to bring outside food into the hotel, which means you're limited to dining in-house or ordering room service. While the in-room dining adobo omelet was delicious, the options aren't very extensive. Since we stayed for 3 days, we found ourselves running out of variety and wishing there were more choices to mix things up. That said, if you're going for the luxurious room, top-notch service, and those wonderful freebies (water and minibar!), Nobu City of Dreams absolutely delivers. Just come prepared to eat on-site and maybe plan your meals ahead so you don't get t"

Belmont Hotel Manila near NAIA Terminal 3 MNL

"Staff at Belmont were great, from front desk, concierge, Bellmen, guards, to housekeeping. They were very polite and helpful. from our experience: I asked for an airport view and was assigned to one. Unfortunately the room was not too tight and the door has an opening from the floor of about 1.5 inches. It was loud when people passed bye. We could hear their conversation. So I called from desk and informed of the problem. Gabby, solved the problem right away by assigning us to a better room. She assisted us by sending a bellman to assist us with our luggage in moving to the new room. She kept checking if we are satisfied. Front dsk was always ready to help. Security was always ready to greet and open the doors. Housekeeping made sure that the room is clean as per our preference. I thank the staff, they were great. We stayed for a total of 10 day at Belmont."
