The reception told me I had one of the biggest rooms in the hotel but the room 208 had COCKROACHES crawling around everywhere.
I had to kill 10 COCKROACHES during my 3 nights stay.
I saw Lizards in the room hiding behind the TV and the Air Con System.
The Lizards are harmless but the COCKROACHES are absolutely disgusting, crawling on the beds and everywhere.
I moved from another hotel because of COCKROACHES but this hotel was even worse than the previous hotel

We paid 14$ for the room that looks like basement, and must deposit 2000 Peso (35 USD), which in the app only written the deposit should be 15$. The room has bad air smell. The AC is so dirty. The room wall is always wet (good luck for the bronchitist traveler). The basic amenities (soap & shampoo) are bad, no water heater, no hairdryer. The bed is so old and pain on my ass. There is also such "scam" policy about things inside the room if we break it. l The room door also cannot be closed properly, and if we push it harder we could break it, which they gonna ask us to pay for it.
There was a tray of foods and soups near our room and no one picked it up since the morning, made it bad smell near our room.
update : on the 2nd day the toilet clogged. when i reported this, the receptionist was too busy playing her cellphone, and had to recall twice and wait for 1 hour until the HK guy came to fix it. perfect !!! everything is broken about this hotel
During the trip, we came to Cambodia, Vietnam, and some other less advance country than Philippine, funny enough they serve us better.
And even with 14$, we got better hotel and service in more expensive country such Singapore.
So as comparison, even comparing with less modern country, or in more modern country, the quality and service in this hotel is really not acceptable. This hotel is the worst during our asia journey.

水圧も弱いですし、お湯が出るまで時間がかかります。
