Dirty room with nasty shower room

They didn’t clean the shower room and I couldn’t flash the toilet because it was broken and they didn’t fix for long time. The front receptionist wasn’t nice I told him about bathroom and toilet but they didn’t do anything. They need to fix these and I found west makati hotel near a max inn. They were cheaper and nicer so I moved hotel.

Manager resolved problem for me

I had a problem with the aircon in my room. The Hotel Manager on front desk was a lovely lady. Really caring and put the problem right on the spot. Gave me another room and helped me move my luggage.

立地と接客と朝食良し。「仕切りと鍵のあるドミトリー」と思えば無難。要清潔感。この部屋はwifi良し。

この「male single ルーム」は、壁の上の方が開いており、隣室や通路の音が聞こえます。ベッドの上で背伸びをすれば隣室を覗くこともできそうです。その分開放感や涼しさもあり、wifiも入ります。また、同じmale singleルームでも、部屋によって窓の有無、ベッドの形、椅子の有無、ベッドカバーの有無などが異なるため、よく確認するのをお薦めします。広さは２畳弱程度です。私の部屋はベッドカバーがなくスポンジ＋シーツのみで、ベッドのほこりっぽさにやられてしまいました。シングルと思わず、「仕切りと鍵のあるドミトリー」だと思えば、値段を考えるとありかもしれません。立地と接客と朝食は満足です。衛生面が不満（連泊時も、希望しても、掃除もシーツ交換もされません）。単身利用者が多く、客のマナーも悪くないです。しかしベランダのたばこの煙が入ってくるらしく、朝５時や夕方に「部屋でたばこを吸うな！どこの国の奴だ！」と英語で叫んでいる客がいました。（私達が疑われていたようで、フロントからも注意を受けましたが、私はたばこは嫌いだと説明するとフロントは納得していました）。ちなみに深夜に空港送迎の手配もしてくれました。道路事情によるそうですが、第三ターミナルまで121ペソでした。フロントで水やビールを24時間買えます。警備もいて常にドアを開けてくれます。コンビニも近いです。共同トイレは１階の方が広くて綺麗かも。

wifi と冷房が弱いので、安い別室にチェンジした。

この「スタンダードシングルルーム」は、冷房が効かず「送風」状態で、wifiもほとんど入らなかったので、もっと安い「male single ルーム」に替えてもらいました（差額の返還は要求していません）。male single との違いは、TVあり、壁の上方にすきまがなく隣室や廊下と区切られていること（その分閉塞感もあります）、共同シャワーが２台あることです。部屋の出口前が喫煙所なのは気になります。ビジネスホテルのシングルを想像すると完全に失敗すると思いますが、ベッドのみの小部屋があるだけと思えばよいでしょう。窓なしです。部屋がゲストハウス程度のグレードなのに対し、フロントやスタッフはまあまあのホテル並の対応です。アメニティもありますが、連泊時には交換も掃除もされませんでした。「Please Clean」の札をドアにかけておいたのですが。マカティという立地の良さでドミトリー程度の値段でとりあえず個室ベッドが欲しいならありかもしれません。朝食は６種から選べるはずが、実際にはパンがなく３種類だったりしました。Please improve wifi, air-conditioner and cleenness.

Business trip February 2017

In my more than 3 weeks of stay, SERVICE was excellent and very professional. Staff were very helpful and very courteous, specially Ms. Amor Cantilla the manager who has great public relations. Rooms and Lobby's were very clean. Perfect amenities and great location. Price is just right. Exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to my friends in the US.

Good Staff but....

Staffs are friendly and accomodating but I think the hotel needs to be renovated. I cant even have a comfortable sleep at night cause the rooms is stuffy and the a/c need to be replaced.

Bien para el precio

No es un hotel lujoso pero esta muy bien para el precio. La habitacion para una persona es muy pequeña, apenas cabe la cama. El wifi no llega a la habitacion, tienes que salir a los pasillos o a la recepcion. Tiene buena ubicacion (en makati)

Cheap and reasonably cheerful.

"You get what you pay for" is very accurate here. Roon not as nice as pics. A little dirty and bathroom dingy and dirty. Staff were good and helpful. Breakfast not at all good for foreigners as there was no real choice apart from local dishes which is fine but the quality of the food was below par. Great for a couple of days if budget is important.
