"The room was a disaster; worn down bed, bathroom dirty, mold in the shower, etc … The girl at the reception was friendly and took the time to explain the neighborhood. But else the stay was not worth its money. The pictures on hotels.com are from a few years ago and do not show the current state of the room(s). Try to avoid this place if possible."

"I had an amazing experience at Al Molo 5. The breakfast with a beautiful lake view was truly unforgettable, and the hotel itself is super clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I recommend coming by car, as there isn’t much within walking distance, but the on-site restaurant is excellent — great food, very romantic atmosphere, and the whole area is quiet and peaceful. Overall, a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended!"

"The location is beautiful and quiet. It is next to restaurant that the hosts own (they will treat like family. I had one of my best restaurant experiences there) and was never disturbed with noise. "Absolutely stunning hotel to stay in. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room itself was gorgeous with beautiful views over Bellagio itself. Such a romantic getaway for my husband and I. The breakfast was all fresh and tasty - would recommend the fruit Jam tart (all made in the property itself!). The self serve wine bar in the bar area was very handy! 10/10. "Love the place the little patio looking to the mountain was so relaxing. The room was so beautiful and the bathroom was nice too . Also had planty closet room. It is 15min walk to the ferry but it os a very beautiful walk. I love walking and i really enjoy it. Gaia was such so helpful to make my arriving just perfect she is the best. "Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, man ist in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt und von dort kann man leicht zur Fähre etc. gelangen. Die Zimmer waren süß, leider etwas hellhörig und hell, aber ausreichend zum übernachten. Frühstück ist zum ankreuzen und war in Ordnung. Parken konnten wir für eine Pauschale auch direkt im Hof. Wir würden es für einen Aufenthalt am Lago di Como nochmal wählen. :)"
