The property is very well located just minutes walk from.Manchester Picadelly and walkable distance to City Centre and the cathedral. The staff was friendly and accomodated a couple of requests i had. The room was clean and beds confortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel fantastic visit

Meeting point for a family/friends get together to see a show at the AO arena as some from up north and some from down south. Cannot fault anything about our stay will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this DoubleTree for our first time in Manchester! Perfect spot as it was close to the AO arena where we planned to go. Front desk gentlemen were very attentive and helpful when we checked in at night and when we asked for supplies. One elevator available at this time but we didn't mind as room was not too high for stairs when needed Exceptional guest service during our three night stay (a priority I consider when choosing hotels). If you want to be close to Piccadilly station, the coach station, and the shops/food variety in Piccadilly, this is a great choice! Great stay!

Staff were extremely helpful and willing to assist with any issues. Nice big spacious room, big comfortable bed, though there seemed to be an extra duvet and cover half put on and dumped on the side which seemed odd, but didn't pose any obstruction, just odd that it seemed to be there. Familiar with Manchester so the location was ideal for being central and getting about.
