It was the second time i stayed here because of its location (5 mins to Jonker Walk night market), 10 mins walk to the big shopping malls, it is clean, simple and affordable. However the hotel is built with thin walls that we find it hard to sleep at night. We could hear tourist rickshaws passing by with their super loud amplifiers, our neighbour on the top floor was shouting to himself as he was having trouble opening the balcony door, and the sound of his steps when he walks around his room late at night. Adding to that, as we were having trouble trying to sleep at night due to the noise, we thought we could sleep a little longer when morning breaks but at 9am, the staff played loud amplified music by hallway. They suddenly stopped the music about 5 - 10 mins later, perhaps a guest must have complained.
Should you stay at the hotel, I would advise that you bring some ear buds to block the noise.
