Breakfast was so terrible. Kuetiaw cooked cold. Only bread and cornflakes as a 2 option to eat. Toilet door was about to fall, got irratated door sound each time we want to close the door. No cupboard! We have to hang our cloth, hanger only give 2! Very terrible! Should not come again! :(

Towels and bedsheets could be a lot better to improve quality of stay. Also breakfast experience could have been a lot better if they did away with meal tokens and treated you as guest as opposed to prople on food hand outs. The pools are good but no access to the beach. So its a disappointment going to a beach resort without an actual accessible beach.

Nice rate but breakfast is excluded

Before buying i thought the price is include breakfast. Staff at the counter also said it comes with breakfast when I check in and I need to redeemed it before go for breakfast. In the morning, when I want to redeemed the breakfast coupon, the counter said my booking at expedia is for room only. This is really unacceptable.

Nice place to stay, quite and love the beach music

Really unexpected place because it was hidden by the busy main road traffic and the apartment next to the resort. Finding, this is also good place to stay. Quite hotel, big room and goon cleanliness. Really impress with the housekeeping staff. I will definitely coming back again. My little boy really like swimming in the pool. The swimming pool also very clean. No smell like some other old hotel in Klebang area.

An experienced I'll never forget...

Overall OK.. But, during checkout time, when I want to take a bath. Unfortunately, there's no water supply, I inform front desk, but, the water supply has not resume back. I can't wait any longer, I've to check without refreshing myself. The last issue is I left my wallet at the premises, I only realised it when reach Singapore the next it's it's was missing, contact the staff there... They haven't come back to me yet....
