Disappointing experience at Garden city apartment
It was a luxury apartment that I have booked for my 3 nights stay in Malacca, but realised it was wrong use of word LUXURY!! I had no choice but to stay I have paid for it ! I wold suggest Expedia to review / inspect facilities before marketing to maintain their business, otherwise in near future customers may lose thrust in Expedia!

However, we pledge to update all our facilities to be operational and functional as much as possible on a timely basis to meet your needs. We hope to serve you better with our new management team effective 1 Jan 2018! All our suites are service apartments / condominiums for daily / short / long term residential. We refer our suites by Luxury (3 rooms of 1,129 sq ft), Premier (3 rooms of 972 sq ft), Family(2 rooms of 972 sq ft) and Executive (2 rooms of 715 sq ft) by the size and number of room. All suites are equipped with (1) living hall with a television set, (2) two/three wash rooms, (3) a kitchen area with a fridge, kettle, cups and basic cutlery, and (4) a wash area with washing machine. We also provide hotplate, oven, pots and pans, iron and ironing board, sejadah, cleaning apparatus upon request and while stock is available. We welcome all further comments and inquiries to improve to serve you better!

Old. Dusty. Bad beds
The staff is friendly n respond efficiently..BUT the hotel not as expected..the bed n sofa very bad. Cant sleep comfortably as the springs got sound..the microwave is dirty..room is dusty n not fresh to breath..the electricity always short circuit wen both room heater was on same time..the aircond is old n no remote to control temperature..
