CHECK IN ABOUT 8.30PM, ALL SHOP CLOSED, EVEN HOTEL COFFEE HOUSE ALSO CLOSED MENTIONED NO FOODS, ANNOT CONNECT TO WIFI, TRIED TO ORDER FOODS AND AFTER WAITING FOR 30MIN FROM 10.45PM, IT MENTIONED RESTURANT ALSO CLOSED
The Waterpark is nice but we have to pay different charges for it. It will be nice if there is a special package including the entry to the water park together with the resort stay.
We encounter a very late check in due to insufficient staff for the housekeeping. Resort should be able to anticipate a high volume of patron due the relax on the MCO by providing a better service. We were given a later time for check out for to compensate but it somehow because my family were very tired (due to the travelling) upon arrival, we were very dissapointed. Hope the condition is improving in the future.
this is my third time stay bayou lagoon resort. i feel very bad this time, first is room cleaning. totally dirty and the smelly. the furniture like sofa almost broken and the water heated didn't function . we had booked 3 bedroom suite 2 units. the facilitys of outdoor theme park already too old , needs to repair and tile in the swimming pool broken. we totally 8 children all got hurt and bleeding after playing. i think i will not go here anymore after this trip.
Is a very bad experience with run down facility, dirty and poor service. Not recommended and not worth for money. Wifi is very weak and cannot get connect most of the time. Sound proof is very bad and noise in the night that cannot sleep.
This properties is too old and poorly maintained.
Although the starting rate is reasonably low, however when I chose the higher rate room, it is not worth the money. Towel from previous guess is still hang behind bath room door.
I'm staying in a three bedroom apartment which are spacious but very poor maintenance. The bathroom are smelly, the shower broken and the water heater not working well. The breakfast was prepared in a very big amount so the taste and the presentation are poor. The water park is really crowded and small kids can't enjoy it. I choose the hotel because of the location, no heavy traffic to move around.
Nice waterpark, not too bih not too small, good enough for the kids. Good space of room. However seems like the room was not been cleaned properly. Dust near the bed frame. Previous customer hairband left on the floor. Seeing those give us doubt of the cleanliness of the room thus make us uncomfortable during the stay

This place really needed urgent upgrading!
Equipment found to be loosed in the room especially in the toilet where the wash basin leaking below and shower head loosened and leaking also!
Finding a car park space is a nightmare!
Nice hotel, nice view. The water kettle does not work because the switch is a problem. The same fridge is not cool. Call maintenance comes for check. Then it's a cool, okay fridge. But the water kettle still cannot cook hot water. Remote tv also does not work.
When we through the corridor to our it so dark... the customer service inform that they set a timer to for the light to turn on... I check in around 3.45 pm and I feel scary & freaky walk through along the corridor
the water park for extra ticket very high...I hv to buy everyday...no benefit for customer who staying here...bcoz no swimming pool at this apartment..
they should give extra ticket until we check out.
