"Beautiful property with some lovely design ideas - but feel the bathroom was just 1/2m too small. Good location making it walkable to the main attractions of Malacca. Somewhat noisy with dogs barking during the night, and early morning traffic noise . Other than that a comfortable stay ."

"Although the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained and made up for it with its fridendly and helpful staff. A specail thank you to Maya at receiption, who make out check in smooh and welcoming. The location is not the most convenient, especially for getting to the main shopping and transport areas, but we appreciated that the hotel provideds a complimentary shuttle service, which was very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"[WHAT WE LOVED] EVERYTHING! Location (within 10 minutes walk to Jonker Street), clean, spacious, lights on bathroom mirror (convenient for make up), direct USB charger, nice bed and pillows and bolsters, water dispenser, friendly and helpful staffs, no smoking hotel! Overall it's a big big like for ibis! ——— ——— ——— [AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT] The facilities wear off a bit. Can see some minor parts (toilet bowl) chipped off, and toilet door is hard to close (need to push / pull very hard for the door latch to fit) but overall not impacting the staying experience as it is clean and in good location. (Might want to consider replacing the toilet seat cover in the lobby restroom?) ——— ——— ——— [OVERALL] Definitely one of my top choices for Melaka accommodation."

"The room is clean and spacious. The place is very accessible to nearby shopping, not too far from Jonker Walk. Good transport options for coaches nearby. Washroom does not have a bath tub. The tv seems to be analogue with poor picture quality. Only thing is breakfast is for a lot of customers, quality is average at best."

"Puri Melaka interior is gorgeous and like a peranakan museum! Its location is spot on. All the touristy venues, eateries and shopping areas are within walking distance. The hotel standard room is immaculate, clean and well maintained, however its bathroom is tiny. Breakfast is ok and nothing negative to mention. I will consider staying here when I am visiting Melaka again."

"The hotel is well-situated near some quaint coffee shops & sarabat shops with authentic Malaysian food. 😋😋 There’re stalls which open at night too. The hotel staff are all cheery & very helpful. I had called Housekeeping for an extra firm pillow & it was delivered in less than 10 minutes. 💫 Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety & it is of good quality as well. The laksa is a must-try!! ❤️🔥 All in all, a wonderful stay here!! 朗Highly recommended!! 💞"
