Majlis Ghorfat Um-al-Sheef

Honestly speaking, I have expected a connecting room as my son is following us in this trip. Despite putting the request, when we checked in the staff were unable to accommodate. The hotel did not provide toothbrush and laundry bag. Expect a more better service and more comfortable experience.

Me gustó el trato el aseo y el spa muy costoso

The receptionist is a disgusting rude pathetic uneducated piece of sh*t. I was traveling with my aunt. She is a 75 year old lady. I booked a 2 bedroom non smoking room. We were travelling all day and when we arrived at 2 in the morning, the stupid receptionist made a joke about upgrading us to a king size bed. I looked at him in disbelief and i said. Thats my aunt. She is 75 years old. And he kept making the stupid joke 4 or 5 more times until i said. No. Whats wrong with you. The hotel is fine except for your stupid rude pathetic receptionist. Absolutly disrespectful and disgusting. To make that stupid disgusting joke in front of me and her. For that. You get 1 star. Send this man to clean up garbage please.
