Incredible from start to finish! Everything about this hotel is perfect and their attention to detail is unmatched! The rooms are stunning and spacious. Scruffy beds & tables on the beach were disappointing - the view of a caravan site opposite is absolutely awful - the loud music from Nammos next door is not nice either. The hotel rooms are extremely dated. Service at breakfast was terrible. The only plus was the amazing housekeeping in our rooms.

Overall our stay was amazing and we highly recommend this property. Staff and service at the fitness center, hendricks bar, pool and beach was exceptional. Not so much at the lobby restaurant, where orders and overall service was a little slow. Special thanks to the amazing concierge but especially to Mariana, Noor and Carlos with whom we interacted the most. We have stayed at 5 star hotels around the world, including some notable names in Dubai and nothing compares to the attention to detail the team showed here. Thank you and we will return.

Property is amazing, grounds are amazing, staff is very friendly. Next to hotel is a club with club music and attracting party girls for single man in the hotel. in front of the beach they have build a new island, so gone is the ocean view it is construction view (and noise). at 1000usd per night this is a sad story.

If I could give it a higher number of stars, My wife and I have done a lot of traveling. We've stayed in all types of hotels. This by far, has been the best experience we've had. We went with a toddler and a 6 yr old. The staff was super attentive not only to us but our kids as well. We arrived early on a red-eye flight. They were be able to get us a room early in the morning. The front desk staff would bring out different props/toys to cheer our kids up. The staff is constantly pampering you. The experience was so amazing, our oldest said that when we go back to Dubai, we have to stay there. They have a kids club which both kids enjoyed. The pool area is very spacious and kids of all ages and swimming skills can enjoy. The food selection is amazing. I highly recommend it. Thanks to all the team

The Four Seasons is considered the pinnacle of the hotel industry, however it fell short of my expectations of it. Firstly, I was not told about the adult pool closure or the main breakfast hall closure either, which should have been told at time of booking. The rooms are amazing, the service good but not great. They felt short staffed at times and that impacted the service all round. The biggest problem I had was the food! The prices are astronomical and yet the food tasted mediocre at best! For the price we were paying for example £50 for a burger!! You expect it to taste incredible but none of the food hit the spot! We are at other places with similar price structured and were amazed with the food. The pool is relatively small and it does the job but not luxury in the slightest. A real shame for a hotel I had high expectations for.
