I booked a room with a pet, through Expedia. Hotel put us in one room, then made us change rooms because we had a pet. That's difficult with 2 elderly parents, one with a walker, and one with Parkinsons disease. The hotel sent us to a different building, with no clear instructions. We couldn't find the entrance to the other building. When finally inside again, our room #3202, is located on the 2nd floor, despite the number starting with a 3. So, we were lost on the 3rd floor, and couldn't find our room. The security guard helped us, and got us to the 2nd floor room. That's terrible design of a hotel. Noisy neighbors slamming their door late into the night, neighbors dog barking/whining. Just overall, not a good experience. We won't stay here again.

When I attempted to check in, the young lady behind the counter was scrolling on her cell phone. She told me she was too busy to help me and to go to the line for the other desk clerk. When I got through the line for the other desk clerk she asked me why I was in her line. I explained I was told to come over to her. She then informed me that since I wasn’t gambling I had to pay an additional $20 for my room. We discussed this back-and-forth and I told her I wasn’t going to pay an additional $20 for my room. She eventually told me “ well since you booked on Expedia we won’t make you this time. ”. I will NEVER stay at this place again.

This was our first time at this hotel so we we not familiar with it. When we checked in we asked where our room was. All the staff member said was it was down the hall to her right. She didn’t say go up one floor, cross the street in the walk way go down one floor and signage was very poor

It’s a casino. If you’re looking for that then this probably deserves a slightly higher rating than I gave. Personally I just wanted a nice hotel and this was my only option. That said, it was a nice facility, the staff was courteous and professional. The bed was comfortable and the dining options were good.

It sucked because the people next to us was doing weed but by the time someone came up they had covered it with perfume and cologne. So Everytime they smoked more they sprayed more which came into my room.

Checked in at 4 pm. Revived keys and room at 4 pm .At 8 pm received a announcement to meet my party front desk we were just finishing dinner .went to front desk said they had not called us went to security they said no idea then another security came by and did not ask my name just asked what my kind of purse I had I told them he said we hadn’t checked inn and remove everything out off room but went to security and front desk back and fourth and they said they didn’t know anything about it just we hadn’t checked inn but how did I get keys I finally saw the lady that checked us in and she agreed we had but we had to re check in get all belongings back . Then the next day once we check out it did say the right time of 4 pm that we checked in on the receipt .but was not my credit card on receipt. Went and asked about that . They blamed it on Expedia . We will not return.

No daily cleaning or changing of sheets, towels and toiletries. Walls were old and crusty. Had a run in with a staff person when I asked him for some fresh towels. Young punk!

We forgot our watch in our room and checked out. Once we got to a Thief River we noticed it missing. Returned right away and the hotel desk called the lost & found and room cleaner gent and they found & returned it to us. So wonderful! Your staff is honest and loyal. Drove home & realized we didn’t even give him a small token of appreciation- damm! Pkease thank him for us, he is amazing!

Everything was amazing while I was there. The problem is didn't start until after I left the day I checked in. They tried to withdraw $677 for my stay. And showed up on my credit card report. That day the day I left. They tried to charge me another $200. A day after trying to charge me another $200. And while I was there, they tried to charge my account 2 different times $100. So now I have to do with my credit card company. And figure out what's going on. How much money they're actually trying to withdraw and everything else.
