"Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en este hotel. Desde el primer momento nos impresionó la limpieza impecable en todas las áreas y lo amplios y cómodos que son los espacios. La habitación era muy confortable, perfectamente mantenida y con todo en orden, lo cual hizo nuestra estadía aún más agradable. Llegábamos de un vuelo largo y realmente valoramos muchísimo que nos permitieran hacer el check-in antes de la hora establecida. Ese gesto marcó la diferencia, ya que pudimos descansar de inmediato...

"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...
