Pros: The staff was awesome at check in, and there is a fantastic Mexican restaurant with awesome food right by the motel. Cons: the stay was disappointing pool was closed, no breakfast available at 7:30am, no milk, was going to stay 2 nights left after one..

I had no choice, but to get a hotel. I came from northern Washington state. On my travel here I was made aware that my friend had Covid so therefore I needed a hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, the breakfast was sorely lacking. Ice machine did not work nor did the pool. The front desk staff was courteous. The price online was around $10 less than what was given to me at the front desk.

Breakfast was almost non existant. 1/2 the electric outlets in the room didnt wowork. Coffee (if that is what it was) was awful. But, it was cheap. So, you get what you pay for.

Expect cold rooms all night
Great in the summer but terrible in the winter. We got to the room and it was freezing, tried to turn up the heat but it didn’t actually warm up until around 4am. It’s usually a good experience but stayed twice this winter and it was freezing all night.

The WiFi did not work properly, this was a significant problem as I was staying there for work. It was very frustrating. The signal was so low as to be undetectable. I called and staff sounded like they had heard this issue before. Hotel is basic and comfortable, but I can't stay there without WiFi. Hope they will fix this, or if not, stop advertising WiFi.

I have stayed here a few times. It just gets worse
My dog would not quit sniffing the bed covers on both beds, and one bed had broken springs. There was food in the frig, and breakfast....well...a basket of eggs that every bodies hands go in to grab from, and a loaf of bread...really?

Comfortable and Clean
We were pleasantly suprised at the cleanliness of the room, pool area and breakfast area. The pool was clean and nice. We enjoyed the koi pond.

One night stop
Handy one night stop on edge of town. Excellent Mexican restaurant next door. Good breakfast. Given a room right next to the road so a little noisy. Value for money.

Customer service was top notch from check in to check out. Breakfast in the morning had fresh cracked scrambled eggs which you never normally see. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

The room was quite clean, but I did point out to the desk staff upon check-out that the drapery track in the room needed repair or replacement as it was difficult to pull closed the privacy window drapes. Interior hallway entry mats and stairwell carpeting could use cleaning, but didn't detract from the clean room.

Initially staff was friendly and I looked clean enough. I woke up to bedbugs! Might manager said we’d get refund but in am, bedbugs aren't a refundable issue. WHAT!!!??? Dosgusted!
