"What makes the Mövenpick extraordinary is the staff, I travel a lot and stay at many very nice establishments, in this case it was not as much as the place being the star as the staff. Raymond, Noel, Janice, Rochelle, Gabriel & Giovanni were the kindest most polite attentive members of staff i have ever encountered during my travels. The smiles and conversation were above and beyond. there are also some others at the front desk and spa that i can't remember the names of that did a stellar job. If i had one off note i would have loved to see Ibeza in all its glory sana all it returns. walking distance to so many places and the breakfast and food was amazing! "

As is typical for resorts, the property is an island of luxury amidst the bustle of a city, but it was easy to get around as needed.
