Very new hotel after renovated, excellent experience, the design is awesome and very detail. The breakfast is delicious especially the porridge (eastern style breakfast set).Would love to stay here again.

Service here is excellent and all staff are friendly and detail in every service! Our butler, Casandra is excellent. Giving us detailed explanation and also she prepared us itinerary for Macau must see places and must eat food. Will definitely come back again!

This trip's stay at the Wynn Palace has been most enjoyable. It was just as good if not better than my previous trip 2 years ago. The hotel is kept in mint condition. The staff is ever so polite and helpful. The varieties of dinning and shopping outlets were great. Will definitely be coming back again.

The lady from front desk who is a Russian demonstrated a great customer service. Speedy check in and free room upgrade! Furthermore able to get the room immediately before the official check in time. Thank you!

Hotel location is good. Grand & beautiful lobby. Staffs are friendly and with excellent hospitality service. Breakfast varieties are good and delicious. Overall good amenities. Room is cosy, comfortable and clean.
