"Hotel location is good. Shuttle bus provided to border, just adhere to their schedule. Walking distance to explore street food. We enjoy the staying there. The only thing is pillow provided both is too soft and flat when sleep on it. If can provide one soft and one harder, it will be better. Customer can choose. The bed if can apply one more layer of topper, will make it perfectly soft annd sturdy. After all this hotel is age but it still maintain in tip top condition. "

"The place was amazing. The hotel was big and beautiful. Couldnt call this anything but the best Hotel in Macau. The room was spacious. The place was beautiful. Near to Sands Macau. Free transport via Sands Macau. Big indoor swimming pool. Big Hotel and its not a small one. Restaurant, SPA and shops inside. Its so near the Macau Outer port and its so convinient. The room view was amazing. Room was so big. Never seen a room this big and its just amazing and great! So beautiful with its EU...

"Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt... Die Zimmer sind großzügig gestaltet und das Personal extrem aufmerksam. Auch, wenn das Gebäude von außen etwas in die Jahre gekommen wirkt, von innen blitzt und glänzt es. Alle Bilder der Webside entsprechen der Realität. Toller Pool und Wellnessangebote. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen."

"You can walk to the old town, and a large casino is nearby. The hotel itself isn't overly large, making it easy to come and go. Having stayed here several times, the staff remember my face. This time, my flight was delayed, so I checked in late at night, but they greeted me with a smile and even upgraded my room! Overall, it's a fantastic hotel."

"Thank you Miguel and Dennis for all your help in our stay. You both made our stay truly wonderful making sure we had everything we needed at every moment. The hotel clearly has great service, the room was great and view to the Macau tower was memorable. I'm not exaggerating, this is the best hotel I've ever been!!"

"Super clean Super friendly staff Good size room Epic restaurant and downstairs cafe had amazing food and drinks Lovely common area Every time we asked for something, they were quick to respond Good sound isolation Areas for improvement: - housekeeping often forgot to make beds, but did everything else great - sofa bed is super uncomfortable, don’t recommend - laundry service a bit confusing and staff not fully trained on troubleshooting- they however helped us extending our time using it...
