"This place ruined the “stay” portion of Milan for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, period. I was scalded trying to turn on the shower, it was not easy and when I finally got it to an over hot but liveable temp, it surged hotter every 30 seconds. The bar fridge was off,worked only with the room key. Not good for a fridge. The “bistro” served only previously frozen food and we were so tired we tried it anyway, resulting in my husband paying 15 euro for a frozen pizza that was...

"Room was good and staff was also helpful but a smell in corridors that can be reduced with little effort. Bed sheets were not changed on 2 nd day but housekeeping was done. On the whole it was better place to spend some days. One more remarkable thing that breakfast was really so so good ."

"Staff were all very helpful. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. There is a bar great for a cool beer in the afternoon and a restaurant ( which I didn’t try) . Location is a few minutes away from a metro station which will bring you into the city centre in around 12 minutes. There is a large supermarket and a few decent places to grab a pizza. Would definitely stay here again ."

"Cozy and modern rooms about 15 minutes walk to train station with luggages. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was served early as we had an early tour. So this was greatly appreciated. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. We only stayed 2 nights and one of the tour meeting points was close by so it made sense to be near the train station instead of Duomo area. "There are some positives and negatives. Good space but uncomfortable bed. Great view giant window opens cool atmosphere but the air conditioning system is terrible it doesn't go lower than 72°f-22.2°c. Quiet area but there was ongoing construction at the hotel and no prior notification. That started at 7 a.m. every day loud heavy machinery pounding through the walls. Zero noise insulation. Safe parking area with no charge. Did not know about the ztl which is a limited traffic area that you get...
