This was an excellent hotel experience! Modern, close to the center of Lucca. The staff was fantastic always helpful. And the hotel breakfast was the best I’ve ever had! We’re definitely coming back!

This is a small, charming and yet thoroughly modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms well designed and functional. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended.
Spotless, modern and comfortable throughout. Lovely fresh breakfast, extremely friendly staff (but kept a polite distance - extremely well-judged). Perfect location in a really lovely little city. The hotel is in a quiet little square but at the same time very close to the centre and lots of excellent restaurants.

Very nice boutique hotel with a plenty of places to sit in the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast was really good. Parking was convenient but we had to pay a fee. The room was small with a spacious bathroom. Great location with plenty to do and see. We really enjoyed our stay in Lucca.

Breakfast was good. Staff friendliness was hit or miss. Wi-Fi logged in through QR code but logged off frequently and we had to rescan QR codes several times a day which was annoying. The beds were comfortable but decor felt a bit spartan. Hardly anybody in hotel which felt a bit weird.

This was our third stay at the hotel as it is a lovely hotel and we like the modern feel. However, I was a little disappointed that we had to ask for the room upgrade (after we’d got to our room) and we had to ask for the free drink. As the hotel was quiet, I would have expected these as a third time returner let alone a VIP member.

I loved this hotel, I will return in the future. It's very centrally located and the staff were excellent. My room included breakfast and a complimentary drink, both of which were great. It was my first time visiting Lucca, it's a beautiful place, wish I could have stayed longer.

Parking not included and is not always available. Hotel failed to inform that they are in a restricted driving area with expensive photo ticket issued. Don’t follow google maps gps. Hotel should inform its guests. Key must be left in slot in room for electricity to work. Make sure you get a second key if you want to keep your phone charged

Great little hotel! Friendly staff, great location, unique cool room and excellent restaurant suggestions. Lucca is beautiful and this hotel will be an excellent place to stay. We had the top room will lovely rooftop views and great light.
