"Had a great stay for a family of four. We had a 3 bedroom with a balcony ocean view. Our room was clean and loved that it had a washer and dryer. It would have been nice to have housekeeping daily, we did receive it one time due to the length of our stay. Parking was great. The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and nightlife. We ordered poolside the food and drinks were good especially the pizza. Staff was friendly. We loved it and hope to return soon."

"Overall our stay was good of course the sargassum “ seaweed” was horrible as well as the smell that comes with.. We did have a great view of the ocean and the pool was very refreshing. The staff was very friendly and The Veranda had the best cappuccino's, they do offer car rentals there its a little pricier than booking from Expedia lesson learned but with that being said you should definitely check out Juan taxi / Island Tour service he was very fair priced, knowledgeable and friendly his number is +1(721) 586-0466 on the whats app. Also definitely take Billy Bones Anguilla trip it’s well worth your money we had a blast JR, Yohon and Alex yall were the best Captain and crew. Mamma Pizza down the road you cant go wrong the pizza, lasagna and calamari so good, BZH also a good place to eat, if your looking for pastries then Bread and Butter is def the place to go"

"I booked the room at the minute to extend my stay in St Maarten. The king size ocean view was beyond my expectations at a great price. Staff was able to check me in early. Staff at the oceanfront restaurant was very friendly. I’ll definitely book my entire stay there next time. Everything at the resort was spotless."

"We recently stayed at Sonesta and while the hotel itself is beautiful with amazing views and a great location, our experience was unfortunately very frustrating. Upon check-in, we specifically booked an ocean view room but were initially given Room 101, which had a parking lot/front entrance view instead. After having to make a fuss, we were finally moved to Room 311, which was much better. However, on days 2 and 3, the AC stopped working. On top of that, there was heavy construction going on directly below our room. The noise and vibrations were constant and made it very difficult to relax or enjoy the vacation. Thankfully, one of the managers was understanding and agreed the situation was not right, and eventually moved us again to Room 420. We appreciated that effort. Overall, the hotel itself is nice, the property is beautiful, and the ocean views are great — but guests should not have to deal with multiple room issues, broken AC, and ongoing construction disruptions during their stay. We hope management improves communication and guest accommodations moving forward."
