"My stay at Aqua Lodges at Hurricane Hole Marina was not terrible, but it definitely was not what I expected. The location has potential and the area is nice, however, on the day we were leaving I noticed bed bugs in the room. After discovering them, I immediately contacted the host. They told me that their inspection did not show any evidence of bed bugs, but I sent them photos as proof and I am still waiting for a response or proper resolution. "Firstly it was very close to the airport, secondly we loved our room, it was spacious, clean, updated, and the beds were comfortable with many pillow choices. We especially liked the back balcony The pool was wonderful, clean clear water, nice loungers and umbrellas, and the bar was perfect!"

I will never stay here again, staff was not helpful and made it clear to me that this is vacation homes and you get leftover from owners that are not using the units when I asked foe a higher floor. I checked out a day early, my Mother’s day trip was ruined, my mom was looking forward to an Ocean view as they advertised! I was treated like a second class citizen to say the least...

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Key West / The Keys Collection. The property was clean, comfortable, and had such a relaxing resort-style atmosphere, especially around the pool area. The shuttle service to Old Town made exploring incredibly easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a great Key West experience without the chaos of staying directly on Duval...
