The hotel price was very expensive and we were disappointed in the condition of the hotel. The outside doors did not lock. The hallway carpets were very dirty and half the plugs in the room didn’t work. We were very disappointed for what we got for the price we paid!

The pool is always a nice temperature. The rooms are quite nice and clean. As a returning customer it would be nice to have a little bit of a discount especially when we come for work on short notice. But otherwise never anything to complain about.

We didn't arrive at the hotel until after sunset. The hotel rooms were somewhat like a motel. We had to carry our luggage to the second floor by ourselves as there was no luggage service. The carpet in the corridor of our room gave off a pungent smell. Our room included breakfast, but it was extremely poor, the worst I've ever had in a hotel. The service attitude was also not good. I would advise everyone not to choose the breakfast. Our experience was that the hotel was very poor in terms of value for money.

Nice grounds, pool and hot tub. Good location. We chose it so we were not in the center of town. Only drawback was received room service 2 out of the 6 nights. We had to eventually empty our own garbages. Staff gave us fresh towels and supplies. We did complain once but we were just fed up with it by the time we left. The boardwalk and beach are nice for viewing local marine life.

The hallway smelled like urine. I was given a handicapped accessible room. The toilet ran on and off all night keeping my wife and I up. The room was dark and dingy. The carpet was not swept properly. There were crumbs or something on the carpet. For over $600 a night it was a total disappointment. When I expressed my dissatisfaction upon checking out all I was given was sorry - I will let a manager know.
