"Our room was relatively clean, but the shower didn’t drain. I really appreciated the concierge for her help, and the shuttle service was awesome. Overall it was a pretty alright hotel. I probably wouldn’t stay again, but I don’t really have complaints."

It felt like we had the resort to ourselves. We didn't use the marina but it was fun to watch other guests and their boats. "Our room was not ready until 6 pm despite a 4 pm check in time and the front desk was incredibly unhelpful. The only friendly staff all week were the bartenders at the tiki bar. "The breakfast you prepay for is only pastries or fruit, not worth the extra charge for "breakfast". Adult only pool has lots of bugs in it. We found a baby roach in our bed. They came and sprayed, cleaned our room and gave us a resort fee credit for 1 night. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned twice. Cheaper and more convenient to Uber back and forth. Shuttle drivers are friendly but times are not frequent. Staff and front desk personal are very friendly."
