"I believe our room was in the middle of a Reno. We had a chair moved in place for a night stand. When we got there to check in it took 20 Min. I’m not sure if they were cleaning our room or wha the problem was it was almost midnight we just wanted to sleep. The room looked like a rookie tried to be a carpenter. It was ok at best "

The kind woman at the front desk went so far as to call her daughter for a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant for me! Many restaurants within walking distance. Parking is sufficient. The courtyard is delightful. Spring cleanup has been delayed by recent cold weather. Chairs and tables invite guests to pause and enjoy the tumbling water in the fountain and the warm...

"This was my first stay there. It was good but the parking deck was a little dirty and some cars seemed to make their own parking spots by parking in areas that were not actual parking spots. But the casino/hotel it self was really nice and clean. I would and will go back."

"The only issue for me was that the bellboy was required to take my luggage to the room when I was capable of loading the cart and wheeling it myself.Other than that, the place was top notch. "

"Parking was easy. Rooms were clean for the age of the property. Shower was not in the best working condition and bed was old and hard. Overall if you are looking for a cheap safe place to stay it's a 3/5"

"The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...
