"We had a corner room that had a wonderful view. That will be gone after the neighboring hotel is completed. Great location. Nice beach. We didn't use the pool as it was filled with kids(spring break). My only issue was there was no coffee maker in the room. "

"The staff could use help in the mornings with breakfast. There is only ever one person sometimes, two, keeping up with the breakfast area when it has a lot of traffic last time we were there the floors were sticky, and the juice was empty. With travel Volleyball we have stayed there about five times within the last two months."

"Not sure how this hotel got rated so high. Room was poorly renovated and in need of a deep clean. Bathroom counter was not clean. Outside security light shined in through the window as the drapes didnt overlap to prevent light from coming in. "

"Our stay at Embassy Suites Hotel and Resort was absolutely wonderful! We stayed in a King Suite with a balcony ocean view, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best parts was the location, being right across from the ocean made it easy to enjoy beautiful views and quick beach access. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in Gulf Shores!"

"The hotel was ok, but the bed was old and not comfortable at all. The pull-out sofa was super hard. When we went to get Breakfast, they literally closed the door so no one could come in and rush us out. The front desk ladies were super nice. Just fyi this hotel does not have a waterpark inside the hotel the park is about 5 minutes away. Expidia lie that the hotel has a waterpark. "
