"One of the elevators was out, and had been for while, apparently. It was a common sight for there to be a line of people waiting for the one remaining elevator. So we used the stairs 95% of the time, as it was much faster. Also we reserved a room with a sofa bed months ago, yet when we checked in, there wasn’t one of those available nor an upgrade to a larger room. When we booked the place, for 5 nights, breakfast was an extra $500. Seems steep? The room and bathroom were small, and the bedside...

"The bed had an uneven mattress, with unfitted sheets and the spring box mattress was metallic all around, so it was very noisy. The hotel needs an overall upgrade. The checking area was cluttered and disorganized. I wouldn’t stay again or at least for no more than 1 night."

"The tides is such an amazing way for a family to experience the beach. Right on the water, the rooms have plenty of space and storage as well as bunk beds for kiddos. We much prefer this to renting a condo in Orange beach. The breakfast buffet in the morning is so affordable and a great way to start the day looking out over the gulf. We have been three times and will return"

"This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at! I loved the complimentary towels! They also had a walkway nearly all the way to the water, which is so helpful for someone with back problems! Speaking of back problems, hotel mattresses are usually terrible for my back, but these were excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room was renovated but the bath room door needed to be repaired because of chipped wood on the back of the door. Water pressure was great and almost instant hot water. The curtains had a stain on them above the air conditioner. The staff was very nice and helpful when needed.The hot breakfast was limited. "My Room have Moho on the entrance it’s bad aspect. The room was not clean it all , someone come to change beds sweep and mop, Graciela it’s a excelente house keeping. Other than that it’s ok, oh! The front desk lady she it’s very nice!"
