"I felt the property was not maintained and dirty. My room had broken floor tiles and stains on the carpet and bedding. When i went to take a shower in the morning there was no hot water. When I was checking out I was going to report the issue but there was no one at the counter. Carpet in hallway was stained. There was a dead bird on one of the pool chairs. I told front desk but it was there for the rest of the day."

"I traveled with my wife and kids. Expedia messed up on our reservation, but the ladies at the front desk helped us out. Becareful booking out with expedia as they will tell you a "view," but really that view is of the parking lot, not the beach. Again, the front desk services helped us out and as usual, this property knocks it out of the park. The location is great. Right on the beach with a private beach (that now comes with beach chairs and an umbrella). We spent time on the beach and then...
