Staff is friendly. Location is ideal for us as we spend time with people both in SE Rockford and Rockton. We like being near restaurant options like Subway, Panera, Culver’s, and Sam’s Pizza - all along Riverside Ave."

"Ms Erica at the desk was very helpful and friendly.the hotel was very clean,the beds and pillows were very comfortable.the full breakfast was great!Maria and the other cleaning ladies are doing a great job.whenever l travel l like to stay at Staybridge,this time a bit dissatisfied with the pool,the water was freezing cold,not sure why,There is no Hot tub in sight,the ceiling of pool needs attention ASAP,the paint is peeling off,please take care of this."
