The room was a bit tight and in the bathroom there wasnt shampoo body shower, it was only an all in one. Really like the resusable bottle of water

Rooms are very small. No hot coffee at 6am when we leave. They charged my card 1300 pesos for a dog fee and deposit claim that the deposit will be refunded after we leave. They also required the dogs shot records which is unusual. Luckily we had them with us.

Excellent location. Small rooms but good value for the price. Staff was great. Shower has a dispenser of some sort. It was explained that it was a combination body wash and shampoo. Would def stay here again.

Staff was super friendly. The room was small and basic, but comfortable. Plently of space for one person, kind of tight for two. The bed was VERY comfortable. Safe for a solo woman traveler.

The property is dog friendly and although there is little in the way of in-room amenities, not much more can be expected for the price level. Unfortunately, our stay on this particular occasion was marred by what seemed to be a family of circus performers moving in to the room next to us. I understand the ignorance/disrespect of some individuals' is not the fault of the hotel but still impacts on a person's overall view of the hotel. To the credit of the night clerk, he did send the security guard up to the room next to us and amazingly the parents were then able to assert some control over their children and peace and quiet prevailed.

I would call an Ibis - modern and minimalist. Reception staff were friendly, we found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, but if you are looking for luxury this wouldn't be the place, of course you wouldn't be paying the very reasonable price either. The only downside (and I'm not sure how common an occurance this is, but there was some type of concert in the vicinity and loud music played into the early morning hours and could be heard in our room (albeit muffled). Not much for in hotel dining but there were a few restaurants in the vicinity.
