"Vi var på dette hotel sidste år og igen i år. Der var stor forskel på oplevelsen. Sidste år spillede alt. I år måtte vi f.eks. vente på at der kom håndklæder til poolen, vi ventede ihvertfald 45 min. Det hele virkede mere slidt. Men personalet var sødt og venligt og gjorde hvad de kunne."
