"Clean room, and very nice property. There was no parking available in the small parking lot, and parking on the street was limited. We had to park a block away from the Inn. Also, the office closes at 3pm. It would have been nice to be greeted by someone when we got there."

"We were placed in the Laurel room. Super cute, but the day /night we stayed there was a heat wave and the room does not have AC. There were plenty of fans, but being upstairs in a cozy room made it quite uncomfortable. Weather unfortunately cannot be controlled. No fault to the inn, just bad timing. Otherwise it was a close walk to the Carmel plaza and to the beach!! I would definitely stay there again. Location was perfect!! Their staff, especially Omede was very friendly and helpful."

"Hofsas House has been around a long time. It is comfortable, convenient and friendly staff. Updating would be hard but little things like shampoo (versus hair and body wash) plus updated towels and updated Kitchenette could make a difference. Fireplace was great! We will come back."

"Me encantó el lugar. La atención, limpieza. Sin embargo, la habitación no tenía ventana, al no tener aire acondicionado, no había ventilación o brisa fresca que pudiera entrar a la habitación. Si tenía un abanico, tuvimos que usarlo. Pero hubiera sido ideal que pudiera tener alguna ventana."
