"Look no further if you want a reasonable price, fantastic location and very accommodating rooms this is a great place. Easily walkable to any area of Carmel by the sea. Close to restaurants, shopping, and only a couple blocks down to the most beautiful beach. Many of our friends also talk about what a great place this is. We do like the room with the fireplace. Plenty of Closet and dresser space,. The pool is very good for the late afternoon sun after all the activities. Breakfast is efficient...

"Check in was easy and convenient for late travel plans. Front desk staff were helpful tho the screen makes them seem robotic and rushed. Trying to hurry up and get you out of the lobby. Feet and socks were black when walking around room, and being in one of back rooms had to keep reconnecting to wifi. Went to use the hot tub (where there is s sign saying closed for cleaning from 12-1pm) and at 11am a staff member was asking me to leave so couldn't use amenities during my stay. Had do not disturb...

"Room looked fairly good. Bathroom could use some updating. Parking was very tight and cramped. The hotel seem to be full which made breakfast crowded. The food offered for breakfast was decent and standard fare."

"The staff and property were great. The walk ability into town was perfect. However I do feel like no assigned parking in a small town such as Carmel should be mentioned before a stay. We did go on a busy holiday weekend but the parking, especially on our arrival was very difficult. I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to find any at first, then finally we did."

"Hotel receptionists are very pleasant and helpful. I checked out at 11am, but my airporter shuttle wasn't scheduled until late afternoon. I was able to leave my suitcase in the hotel lobby between those times rather than having to lug it all around town. Very helpful. Not every motel or hotel does this."

"Between the property and Expedia this was a total bust. We came down with a bad cold 4 days prior to the trip. Tried to cancel through Expedia they dropped the ball. Tried to get a refund from the hotel declined. Spent 1400 to stay at home because no one can follow a basic instruction. Next time I will go and spend my sickness around to all hotel staff and the guests. What a complete joke."

The room clean furniture a little bit old but well maintained.A couple downside first no heater system in the room our thermostat was off just a gas fireplace which you can setup a maximum of 120 minutes and the it turn off. We were in the first floor and we can hear the people above us even the bed. Breakfast it was ok, not excellent like other people said. I had it a better breakfast in other hotels.
