"We go to Asilomar once a year around this time and have stayed in several different places right outside of the Asilomar grounds. Deer Haven was the best of all of them. My husband was in the ER on the day we were supposed to arrive, so we lost our first day there and, of course, couldn't get a refund at the last minute. That was unfortunate, but I called them and asked them to save the room for the 2nd night, and they did. The staff was very nice, and room was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed...

"We booked a two-bedroom suite, which is the whole 2nd floor. The suite was very quiet, so we had excellent sleep. Parking in the area is understandably tight, but our suite had a dedicated parking spot, which was very convenient for us.
