"The Normandy Inn was beautiful and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful..There was shops and restaurants within walking distance (less than 2 minutes). Limited visitor parking in parking lot but easy to park on the street. Less than 5 minutes from Carmel Beach."

"Everything was great. Small things could be better: In the room, "Heat" did nothing, but setting the Thermostat to 'cooling' actually switched the HEAT and fireplace on... (room 104). Also, it would be lovely if the top windows could be somehow covered like the patio ones - it gets super bright in the morning. But overall, great stay, one of the best in Carmel, and Parking is a big plus."

There was a huge hole in the bathroom door and the person at the front desk accused us of making it but we took pictures of the room during check in and showed them right away. They seemed surprised.
