The hotel was ideal for a quick pre-flight family stopover. Convenient for the airport and quiet. Only downside was the sofa bed for the kids was very creaky but otherwise the room was spacious and adequately equipped for our needs.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the Heathrow. Although shuttle service is not offered, there is a bus stop just around the corner of the hotel entrance.

I think the hotel serves its purpose, it is close to the airport and it is cheap and cheerful. It does look tired and needs a good deep clean but all in all it is not bad. I did severely injure my foot while at the hotel, I hit it on the table in the room and ended up going for an exray once I reached my destination, which is not ideal when you are on holiday or a business trip. All in all, I would stay there again for the convenience of its location.

This hotel is close to Heathrow and very basic, but is clean enough and get the job done. It’s old and rooms and beds are very small, but it’s inexpensive, and pillows were comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is a long ways from central London - more than an hour. Took the bus stop right around the corner, 278 Ruislip to the Elizabeth line, which was very close to the hotel. Hotel was fine and a good value, but next time I’ll go closer to central London.

1. Staff were friendly, in particular the breakfast staff were courteous and helpful. 2. The Heathrow Hoppa timetable indicated that one of the shuttles would drop off passengers at the IBIS Styles. This was not the case and Heathrow Hoppa should remove this option from their timetable. The hotel should follow up with the Hoppa service to make sure this is removed from the timetable. This was an inconvenience for me and has put me off using the IBIS Styles in the future. 3. The location of the hotel is convenient with various amenities close by. 4. There was a sound of running water, possibly from the heating system, which was loud enough to keep me awake during the night. 5. I consider the cost of the room 10 to 20 pounds overpriced.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Over booked rooms at 12am with about 20 guests with no where to go in the middle of the night. Nobody was willing to help. Took 3 hours to set a few people up in a sister hotel 5 mins down the road. 3am people had just started to get answers about rooms. Will never ever book with this hotel again.

I stay at this hotel multiple times a year when visiting Heathrow. It is minutes away from all terminals, whether you are driving or using public transport, and very accessible at all hours of the day or night. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly/helpful. There is a bar & restaurant with plenty of options for food/drink. Nothing more you could ask for and I will continue to stay here for all future trips!

Booked this hotel for an overnight stay prior to my flight the following morning. Perfect location- just catch the public bus from the airport. Check in was nice and easy and staff very polite and helpful. I was instructed to where the free tea and coffee service was and informed about times and location for breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom also clean and modern. I had a space themed room which was rather unusual but not in a bad way. I had a view of the runway from my window so I did spend a few moments watching the planes take off - literally one every minute 😳. Bed very comfortable but I like a soft pillow or two and there’s were like bricks so not a great night sleep but that’s just my personal preference. Breakfast was a good selection, nice and fresh and hot and plentiful. Check out really easy and quick 5 min stroll across the road to catch the bus to T5 (10 mins max). Would definitely stay again if needed another overnight layover.

Excellent stay, soft comfy beds, cute and clean room, perfect for a night stay to catch a flight! Local buses to and from the airport are located literally right by the hotel at the intersection of Bath and Nene Streets. Glad I found this gem of a hotel, would be happy to stay here if I was visiting London via LHR again.

I can’t review for this property. Expedia and American Airlines delayed my flight. Instead staying at your wonderful hotel I spent 9 hours in uncomfortable chair at the gates of airport. They even didnt refund me for this reservation. Most humaliating experience.

Convenient for Heathrow Airport. Dining area had a stylish modern look. Food menu has enough variety. The plates at breakfast were very small. The range of food items wwre sufficient . My bedroom carpet was very worn with the design only covered 1/3 of the floor. Good lights and a decent sized bathroom. For the price i paid it was good value .
