When we arrived at 10:15pm reception was unattended even though it said it was open until 11pm, so I rang the mobile number & spoke with a gentlemen who explained how to get into the hotel & into our room.
The room itself was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space, a very comfortable double bed & a kettle & microwave were also provided. The bathroom was very basic but adequate with a toilet, sink & bath with a shower attachment.
We stayed for 3 nights & we weren't disturbed once. There's a smoking area outside the back of the building with a table & 3 chairs & an outhouse which is quite dilapidated where the laundry is hung which you can use to shelter from the rain, although the garden is very overgrown with old TV's, tables & chairs & rubbish left to rust away.
All in all it's pretty much what you would expect from a budget hotel but we were comfortable & quite satisfied with our stay. The staff or family members we met were all nice & friendly. The only noise which was minimal wad when their kids were playing outside or from the plumbing which was loud enough to wake me up a couple of times.
