We really loved the apartment. It was big, clean and beautiful. It had everything we would need and more. The only thing I would like it to have is a window or better air vent in the bathroom. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our staying.

Second time staying at this property. Standards dont seem as high as the last time I stayed,but that is understandable as the standards were very high last time.we still had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.if I was to make any complaints they would be trivial and not worth mentioning here...apart from regarding the breakfast.If it comes with you room then it is perfectly adequate, however, dont purchase as an add on or I suspect you will be very disappointed.

Nice area. Close to the high street, a few restaurants and train station. I strongly dislike that there is no natural light in the suite based on the way the rooms are designed. The windows face out to an exterior wall corridor and you can’t even see the sky or skylight. We don’t know if it’s sunny or cloudy outside. You can’t open your curtains completely because the exterior wall corridor has everyone else’s windows facing yours and no privacy. Our living area is very dark during day hours (like if it was night time outside) and you must have on the interior lights. It’s dingy and depressing, like being in a dungeon! Rooms are only cleaned every 8 days, I was told by reception. That’s a huge inconvenience also to not have the suite vacuumed, bed linens changed, etc. for more than a week.

Stayed in double bed appartment. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have slept in. Very comfortable. The room was well appointed with cooking, crockery and cutlery. The appartment was 5 minutes walk from Sutton station plus well appointed shopping area. No problems staying there again!!

This was our first time here...accommodation was excellent and included all of the essentials and a few nice extras (washing machine, 3 in 1 microwave, grill/microwave/fan assisted oven, nexpresso machine)....staff were very pleasant and helpfull (they went out of their way on several occasions. Opening doors etc)...we stayed for 14 nights and every member of staff that i encountered during that time,from management to cleaning staff greeted me with a good morning/ hello and a smile......We will definitely stay here again.

Our flight was cancelled and able to book quickly when it was left to our own devices to find a room for the night at 10pm, reception was really helpful and ordered us a taxi to return to the airport the following day making a very stressful day much easier.

This Apartment hotel stuffs is not well train. There aren’t any luggage trolley or helps to move your luggages. There is no phone in the room. You need to use What’s App to communicate with them. The worst of all, the online advertise Expedia information of the 2 double beds is false. This hotel only have 1 double bed and a sofa bed. Beside that, the room is fine. Good location.

It was a great stay! Good beds, kitchen & living space. Great location in town and train station. Only problems are the pick up area which is at the back of the building, and vacuuming of the room not done often enough. Otherwise, all good!

Awesome Apartment, very few acceptable flaws
The apartment was very spacious, the right size for my business trip. Large rainfall shower although I found the bathroom is quite small overall in the studio I stayed in. Large TV with easy to access HDMI ports, with a Quality restaurant on the 1st floor that gives real cutlery and presentation effort when ordering food to be taken back to my room. Parking is very limited, so always chose to stay in another paid parking 3min drive 10min walk away. Town centre with lots of shopping very very close by which was extremely handy.

Apartment was beyond my expectations. Clean, great lighting, large modern smart TV that allows connections via my laptop and media box, no volume restrictions or bloatware and kitchen was fully equipped. Parking spaces is very limited, spaces are first come, first served.

Reasonable rates for hotel with good hospitality
best hotel apartment with kitchen, living room and bedroom. Well furnished and equipped for a stress-free stay. The staff is friendly, kind and available all the time. Breakfast is much better than some other hotels around.

Enjoyable Sutton location
Very enjoyable stay at a brand new aparthotel. Location was ideal next to the train station (for a hop into London) and Sutton high street with pretty much any shop/eating place you need just around the corner. Staff were very friendly and helpful - there were a few technical issues with our booking (not their fault) and a miscommunication over the parking, both of which were handled quickly and efficiently by the staff. Would most definitely stay again!
