"The wait and queue to check in was very long, everyone needs photo identification and more staff or staggered check in might help? Our en-suite twin room was a broom cupboard in the basement. For £107 not bad for London I guess? Clean and a decent shower."

"The room and bath were little but clean and just fine for two people. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was easy access to buses, little grocery stores, and restaurants. We felt quite safe walking to and from the area."
