"We picked this location as it has an 8 rating and a pool. Upon arrival it was not clear how this property received that rating. It smelled of smoke and air freshener and was not well cleaned. After check in, I went to the lobby to ask a question only to find out that the pool chemicals had been tested and it was unsuitable for swimming and would be closing immediately. My daughter was currently in the pool. It was very frustrating to find out the only reason we chose that hotel was no longer...

"To be honest the place is starting to show it's age just a little bit, but it is located in a very convenient location and the owners and staff are very nice and helpful. It's nice to know there's a place to go where staff is not rude in a knowledgeable. If I needed to I would definitely stay again."

"Nobody at the desk at night. You had to call a number and talk to someone on another property, give your credit card number over the phone to a person who you didn’t even know if they were legit… did not like the place but got caught in a storm so had no choice. Rain also went into the room"

"Breakfast was a tiny granola bar. The room was clean but very dated and needed many cosmetic repairs. Everything was functional but the mattress was hard and had a permanent dip in it. The front desk attendant came right away when we had problems using our room key (operator error), I wish I would have gotten her name to say thank you. We were attending a dog show and this hotel served our purpose well. Would not stay here for a family or relaxation trip but was perfect for what we needed. I...
