"The Inn is so charming and welcoming. We felt at home, particularly in our grand family room and the pub and restaurant. At check in, we had the opportunity to add breakfast and received information about dinner, making everything so seamless. However, let me back up to the amazing short ferry ride that delivered us to the front door of the Inn. The location was fantastic although the weather put paid to any chance we had of sitting in the grounds. If you get the opportunity to stay at the Glenfinnan House Hotel then do take it. "The hotel is well placed for people wanting to explore the area. The staff were all very helpful, polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, even though they were always busy. The room was clean and well equipped although we did have to ask for some extra pillows but as I said it was not too much trouble.
